Yammi Cupcakes!

...after a stressful work week, I enjoy my free Sunday!
So I decided to bake cupcakes for the first time today. The recipe for the dough, I picked out the internet. I think it was really easy to make,  the cream was a little more complicated, but I think that my cupcakes for the first time are well done :)

Here is the result...

 

Now I will have a cup of tea and I approve one of the delicious cupcakes!

snow, snow and snow again...

Here it is snowing now since 3-4 days....
Although it is getting warmer but still it will not stop, but on the weekend, the weather is finally to be better.
I hope you had a nice weekend. I spent most of my time at work, because the money is unfortunately not by itself ;)

now I wish you a great Monday and a good start for the new week!  


 

Today....

.... was a long work day and tomorrow it will not be different :-(
Quickly even cooked for me and my dearest ( some rice, fish and salad ) .... now we lie down on the couch and cuddle together!
For me there is almost nothing better than to cuddle with the one you love, but just almost ;-)

a great Holiday...

I just look again at the photos from my holiday in Scotland.
There I was with my best friend and a friend of mine and i must say we had a great time there and a lot of fun!
The Landscape of Scotland is incredibly beautiful!
We have visited many different places such as the Loch Ness, Glasgow, Inverness, Glen Coe, the Highlands and Edinburgh.
I've seen many beautiful cities, but Edinburgh is one of the greatest! If you do not believe me, I've got some pictures for you ;-)

Good Morning!

I wish you a good start into the new week! ;)
I think the weekends are just too short, they need to be longer...
But as the saying goes ... new week, new luck! 

Last night I watched the third part of The Lord of the Rings and I can always say that the Lord of the Rings is one of the best movies I've ever seen and I think with the opinion I am not alone.
I can only recommend the Hobbit.. the whole Story ist just amazing.
Of course you must also have read the book if you are interested in the whole thing.

 

so and now I'm going to do a few things, before i have to work.

It is Sunday afternoon and the weather is not very good. I'm sick of the winter. :( 
I hope spring comes soon, because i need some Sunshine and I miss the beautiful colorful flowers that begin to bloom in the spring.
This morning i wanted to bake something. Because I still had a few apples, i decided to bake an apple strudel :). That was my first time and i think that it looks really good.
....... i'm proud of myself *haha* ;)

Hmmm Yammi!.... so delicious! :)

So....
